  HORRIBLE!! I asked them for a soft ombré in a light brown (as my hair is dark brown) and i left the salon CRYING. I was in tears my hair is ORANGE. never ever going back. had 5 different people work on my hair. had to wait 1/2 an hour to be seen. im pissed.

  Would avoid this place, was great before they moved here. Now feels like your a number and not a person. Waited over half an hour just to be seen. Then once colour was applied had informed them my head was burning, pretty much wasn't taken seriously at all. Waited over 1 1/2 hours later I was in tears from the pain to finally have it washed out. Mind you people who came after me had already got their hair rinised off. My eye browse was coloured extremely dark. Asked for nearly 2 inches cut off barely got an inch cut. Had about 6 different girls touching my hair they where that booked up which makes you feel you either get rushed or forgotten about. Never going back had taken 4 days before my scalp felt normal again.

  Wasn't happy with any of the services received at Apollo after getting the $130 package. The hairdresser didn't listen to me at all when I asked for a short length and layers, as she was rushing, she cut about a cm off each time (I asked her to take it shorter 3 times before finally giving up), and not only is it a blunt cut with no layers - which looks ridiculous with my thick hair - but it's uneven. I will have to go somewhere else to get it fixed, as I can't wear it down.

  Was ok my sibling and I are not completely happy with our colour but we got what we payed for I guess we did feel as if our hair was rushed..we waited an hr for our tea and hot Chocolate would we go back hmm maybe just keep it all natural should be safe... I payed for my sibling to have the same hair as she had before we walked in the only different is she's got more Red on top of her head
